Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Pantau platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service

Pantau provides an offline marketing analytics platform, including but not limited to event check-ins, custom surveys, reward management, and analytics dashboards for Brands that subscribe to our service.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

  • Brands are responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential.
  • Brands are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the data collected from Attendees through the Pantau platform, including obtaining any necessary consent from Attendees.
  • Using the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes is prohibited.

3. Subscription and Payment

Pantau's services are available in several paid plans (Starter, Pro, Max) with different features and limits. Payment is made on a recurring (monthly) basis according to the selected plan. Late or failed payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Pantau platform, including code, design, and trademarks, belong to Pantau. Brands retain ownership of the event data and Attendee data they collect through the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pantau is provided "as is". We strive to maintain service availability and accuracy, but do not guarantee the service will always be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pantau is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access that violates these Terms. Brands may cancel their subscription according to the cancellation terms applicable to their plan.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
