Pantau ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the data you provide while using the Pantau platform, whether as an event-organizing brand ("Brand") or as an attendee checking in at an event ("Attendee").

1. Data We Collect

We may collect the following data:

  • Brand account data: name, email, phone number, company name, and billing information.
  • Attendee data: name, WhatsApp number/email, city, and answers to custom survey fields filled out during check-in.
  • Usage data: dashboard activity, check-in logs, and platform interaction metrics.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide and operate Pantau's offline marketing analytics service.
  • Process check-ins, reward redemptions, and display real-time dashboards to Brands.
  • Send event-related notifications (e.g. check-in confirmations) to Attendees.
  • Improve our product, perform aggregate analysis, and maintain platform security.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell Attendee personal data to third parties. Attendee data is only visible to the Brand organizing the event where the Attendee checked in, unless the Attendee explicitly consents to having their data included in cross-brand aggregate features (such as the data marketplace), which are anonymized and aggregated.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and access restricted via role-based access control. We follow industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@pantau.id. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.
